Type 2 diabetes is preventable, and it’s also linked to lifestyle choices. Making changes to your daily habits, activity , exercise and your nutrition can significantly lower your risk.
Focus on a balanced diet. eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Limit processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive amounts of saturated and unhealthy fats. Portion control is also important.
Physical Activity is also very important in managing type 2 diabetes mellitus
Weight Management: Maintaining a healthy weight is essential. Losing even a small amount of weight if you are overweight can help to reduce .because when you are over weight you become obessed and it will add to your health issues which is very not good .In my community, I observed that some local restaurants now offer healthier menu options, and there are community gardens where people can grow their own fruits and vegetables. These initiatives support better eating habits and make it easier for people to make healthier choices.
By making these lifestyle changes, you can be able to reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus
