  • GnRH → anterior pituitary
  • FSH & LH → gonads

  • LH → Leydig cells → testosterone
  • FSH → Sertoli cells → spermatogenesis
  • Testosterone & inhibin → negative feedback.

3 In Females

  • FSH → follicle growth
  • LH → ovulation & corpus luteum
  • Estrogen & progesterone → regulate uterus & feedback.
